1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Apps, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies or guidelines incorporated by reference.

To access certain features of the Apps, you may need to create an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain the security of your account credentials.

• Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
• Account Deletion: You can delete your account at any time by requesting Delete account or directly through the Profile section of the Apps. Once your account is deleted, you will no longer have access to your user data or job listings. To request delete account click here.

4. Services Overview

• Instajob: Instajob allows students to search for part-time jobs by browsing available job listings based on their preferences and location. These jobs are part-time, hourly rate-based, and can be searched in real-time.
• Instahire: Instahire allows employers to request part-time workers on-demand, hiring them instantly for available jobs with hourly pay. There is no pre-booking system; all hiring is based on real-time requests and availability.

5. Real-Time Workforce Request System

Both Instajob and Instahire operate on a real-time workforce request system. Employers can post job requests, and students can apply for those requests on the spot. There is no system for pre-booking jobs in advance. Once an employer's request is posted, it is available for students to immediately accept, and the employment relationship begins upon the student's acceptance.

6. In-App Payments and Transactions

• Secure Payments: All payments made through the Apps are processed via a secure third-party payment processor, such as Google Pay or another payment gateway. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment details during the transaction.
• Payment for Workers: Employers agree to pay the agreed-upon hourly rate to workers through the Apps. Payments are processed in real-time after the completion of each work shift
• No Refunds: All payments for work completed are final and non-refundable, unless required by law or due to payment errors.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously and ensure that all personal data provided during account registration and use of the Apps is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy [insert link]. We comply with applicable data protection laws and take necessary measures to secure your data.

• Data Security: All sensitive information, including personal and payment details, is encrypted and stored securely
• Data Retention: We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide our services. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time via the app settings.

8. User Content

Users may be able to post content through the Apps, such as job descriptions, resumes, feedback, or reviews. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content as part of our services.

You agree not to post content that:

• Violates any law or regulation;
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others;
• Is abusive, discriminatory, or harmful.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the Apps:

• Using the Apps for any illegal or unlawful purpose;
• Harassing, bullying, or abusing other users;
• Posting false or misleading information about job listings or applicants;
• Distributing viruses, malware, or any other harmful code;
• Attempting to circumvent any security measures of the Apps

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Apps, including the design, text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Twenty Five Pvt Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Apps without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twenty Five Pvt Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Apps, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

We do not guarantee that the Apps will be free from errors, interruptions, or defects.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Twenty Five Pvt Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Apps;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Any infringement of third-party rights related to content you post or actions you take through the Apps.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Apps at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or unlawful behavior. Upon termination, your rights to use the Apps will immediately cease, and you must uninstall the Apps from your devices.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Apps or our website. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Apps will be resolved in the courts located in Dhaka.
